The Application
Form and the Information Brochure may be obtained
by hand from Allahabad Bank, Meerut University Branch,
Ch. Charan Singh University Campus on cash payment.
The Application Form and the Information Brochure
may also be obtained by post. Request for this purpose
may be sent to the following along with a Bank Draft
in favour of the Finance Controller, Ch. Charan Singh
University, Meerut.

(i) Candidates (except
for admission to M.Ed.) who have appeared for the
qualifying examination can also apply even if the
result is not declared, provided they fulfill the
minimum eligibility conditions. If selected, they
would be given provisional admission subject to fulfilling
the minimum requirements. |

form should be filled by the student carefully in
his/her own hand writing. |

1. Candidates
(except of M.Ed.) who have appeared for
any of the qualifying examination can apply even
if
the result is not declared, provided they
fulfil the
minimum eligibility conditions as mentioned
earlier. If selected, they would be given
provisional
admission
which would be cancelled automatically if
they are unable to fulfill the minimum requirements.
However,
a certificate to the effect that the candidate
has completed all requirements of the qualifying
examination
(Theory/Practical/Project) would be required
from the Head of the Institution last attended.
2. A
candidate seeking admission in more than one subject
should submit separate application
forms for each subject. The candidate must ensure
from the test-schedule
that it would be possible for him/her to
appear in the tests for the subjects in
which he/she is submitting the application
forms. Xerox copies of the application form would
not be accepted.

3. Before filling application form,
the students should read carefully the relevant instructions
and rules for admission. Application form should
be filled by the student carefully in his/her own
hand writing and no crossing, over-writing or cutting
will be allowed unless it is signed by the candidate.
4. Application forms, complete in all respects should
be despatched by registered post so as
to reach the Office of the Dean, Students' Welfare,
Ch.Charan Singh University, Meerut-250004 within the last date. Application form shall not be accepted
by hand. An Application received after the last date
or incomplete in any respect will not be entertained.
5. A student who has passed his/her qualifying examination
as a private candidate, shall
furnish a certificate of conduct from the Principal
of the College, or Gazetted Officer or an M.L.A.
In case of a candidate of the University Department
of the Ch. Charan Singh University, the Admission
Committee shall see that there is nothing against
the candidate which may debar him/her from getting
admission in the class he/she has been selected for
admission.
6. A candidate will have to submit the attested copies
of the certificates, mark-sheets and
other documents as given in instructions for filling
the Application Form (Check List) with the admission
form and he/she will have to produce the said certificates,
mark-sheets and other documents in original before
the Head of the Department concerned at the time
of admission or as and when demanded by an authority
of the University.
7. Attestation of photographs and certificates etc.
will be accepted only from any of the
following authorities: The Principal of an Intermediate/Degree/Post-Graduate
College/Head of the Department of University/ Gazetted
Officer. |
